What You Need to Know

Cargus International will issue a full credit or refund, even if the product has been opened or used. For all domestic customers Cargus team sends a pre-paid UPS shipping label to return any unused items at our expense. Just box up the product with a copy of the invoice, affix the label, and give the package to UPS and or shipping provider at your convenience.

When you return purchase by mail and we receive it within 60 days of purchase your refund will
be issued as follows:

• Credit Card - the total amount minus transfer fee will be returned to the Credit/Debit card.
• Company Credit - Store Credit can be used at any time and on any product lines.
